Finally it's my day.......

Who can resist flowers. I took some pictures in front of my house yesterday.

A rowan who planted itself  in one of my flowerpots, some years ago.

This is the first time it's blooming

A Geranium I had on my balcony for years

and a newly planted Spanish daisy,

OBS,,,,, no flower, but who can resist ?

Anyway, when I entered this hop I had no idea of what to make.
Suddenly it cleared, and I started to work.
Some time ago when I was visiting my mother ( now 86 years ), I had to change a curtain fabric into some cushions, and got a lot of fabric left over. Promised my mother to make something with it.
First I made a pattern for a handbag, and then one for a PC-cover.

And here you can see the result:

Pockets with zipper, and without, inside.

And the PC cover....

Easy to put in a bigger bag when travelling....

Before I sewed it together. You can see its pockets on both sides. One big  in  the middle for papers, and on the right side it's 4 smaller one's for visit cards, and other important stuff.

And finally, a quilt in progress; its my BOM from ÖQ, http://oresundsquiltarna.blogspot.se/ from 2011, in quilting, at last. :-)

Simple as that!
